I think that the most important thing a woman can have is her HAIR. In this blog, I am gonna share with you some of my hair care routine, so simple and so easy tips you all can follow.
NOTE: Read it till the end, it has a surprise tip for you lovelies.
1. Oiling your hair :
Oiling does the hair well. I myself love to use COCONUT OIL on my hair.
Hidden benefits of coconut oil:
- Provides natural shine.
- For deep conditioning, it is BEST.
- Promotes faster hair growth.
- Helps tame frizz.
- Reduce hair loss.
NOTE: Don't forget to massage your scalp in a very gentle way with the finger pads.
2. Shampoo your hair:
- Avoid washing your hair daily.
- Use lukewarm water to wash your hair instead of freezing cold and hot water.
NOTE: Use a shampoo that suits your hair type and never comb your WET HAIR.
3.Trim your hair:
If you have good hair growth then try to trim your hair in 2-3 weeks otherwise trim your hair every 2-3 months. Trimming makes your hair more healthy by getting rid of split ends or damaged hair.
NOTE: Visible split ends, dull end or thin hair shows that you need to trim your hair now.
4. Limit the use of hair styling tools or heated tools:
Firstly avoid using heated tools if it isn't necessary at all. But if it is very necessary to use such items then use HEAT PROTECTANT SPRAYS before any of these tools.
5. Limit hair up every day:
Avoid tightly pulled ponytail because it can damage your hair or even can be the reason for permanent hair loss.
It's really very necessary that if you are following any tips and care either it is related to your skin or your hair, you also must have to take a healthy diet.
- PROTEIN (egg, milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts) is supposed to be the building block for your hair and lack of it could result in hair loss. So never miss out on the protein in your diet.
- IRON in your diet will also help you to grow your hair longer and faster. Be sure that you are taking any of the iron-containing food in your diet. Like, Spinach, iron-fortified cereals, beans, dried fruits.
- Fish makes any diet so healthy. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish will definitely reduce hair loss and promote hair growth.
